Have you got experience supporting children with behavioural challenges? We may have your perfect role!
You may have experience in a Primary setting, a Youth Work Programme, Sports Coaching or in another capacity. We are representing a school in S63 who are looking for someone who can support their new behaviour policy across school. As a 'behaviour mentor' you will need to challenge and motivate children in your care, to reinforce self-esteem and encourage them to take part in whole class activities in a positive manner. You may be involved in improving their attendance in school, and will work with other members of staff to create a consistent behaviour plan for the children that you are supporting.
