If so, Teaching Personnel have the perfect role for you. We are working closely with a mainstream school based in the Fylde area who are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work in their behaviour management team. The school is smaller than average and they are looking for a full time member of staff, to work on a 1:1 and small group basis with pupils who are displaying challenging behaviours or not engaging in education. 

The candidate must be experienced in working with pupils with SEMH Difficulties, Autism, ADHD and ODD. 

Ideally, the candidate will also have their Team Teach qualification but this is not essential.

The candidate must be available full time, have experience supporting pupils with additional needs and be confident in their behaviour management skills. 

The successful candidate will benefit from: 

- Negotiable pay rates GBP60 - 75 per day 

- Long term position available 

- Access to TP’s CPD Academy which includes Team Teach training
