Teaching Personnel are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to support a group of students in 2020. Our school is looking for a proactive candidate, to help KS3 and KS4 students whom are at risk of exclusion.

The role;

-          Behaviour Mentor

-          ASAP start

-          Full time, on a temp to perm basis

-          GBP57 - GBP70 per day

Essential qualifications and traits;

-          Strong Classroom Management Skills

-          Flexible and adaptable approach to work

-          Passion for teaching, and a commitment to raising attainment in students

-          Previous experience as a behaviour mentor, or similar role

Teaching Personnel is committed to safe guarding and promoting the welfare of children. Successful candidates are required to provide an Enhanced Disclosure and register with the DBS Update Service.

-          Has high interpersonal skills

-          Be organised, patient and confident

-          Be able to use effective communication

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
