Through Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work full time in a supportive school in Wellingborough, with an immediate start available.

This rewarding role involves supporting students who may display challenging behaviour or require additional emotional and behavioural support to help them succeed both academically and personally.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
  • Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Building strong, professional relationships with students
  • Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
  • Helping create a safe and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working with children or young people
  • Calm, patient and confident approach
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • Background in education, youth work, care or mentoring desirable
  • Passionate about making a positive difference

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
