Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their daily lives? We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Team Member to join a welcoming school in Northampton on a full-time, immediate-start.
The Role
- As a pastoral team member, you will play a vital role in supporting students' well-being, behaviour, and personal development. Working closely with teaching staff and senior leadership, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Pastoral support to students across the school.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
- Support behaviour management and emotional well-being strategies.
- Assist with safeguarding and student welfare concerns.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
The ideal candidate
- Have experience working with young people (school-based or similar settings)
- Be calm. patient and resilient.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be committed to safeguarding and student well-being.
- Be able to start immediately and commit full-time.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
