About the Role:

This vital role involves helping students develop self-discipline, resilience, and strategies for success in a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring to students, focusing on behavior management, emotional regulation, and personal development.

- Collaborate with staff and external professionals to deliver tailored interventions and strategies.
- Monitor and document student progress, contributing to reports and support plans.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and restorative practices to encourage accountability and positive interactions among students.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with students, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their potential.

- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and behavior management strategies.
- Show a commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting students’ personal growth.
- Be organized, proactive, and collaborative, able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be available full-time from January through to the end of the academic year.
A background in education, youth work, counseling, or social work is desirable. Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or training in behavior management, would be advantageous but are not essential.
What We Offer:
- Weekly pay ranging from £419.25 to £500, facilitated by Teaching Personnel.
- A supportive and dynamic school environment dedicated to professional development and student success.
