About the Role
We’re seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individuals to join our supportive school team.
As a Behaviour & Learning Mentor, you’ll work closely with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral leaders to support students’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and learning.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing 1:1 or small group support for students with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs

Assisting with the implementation of behaviour support plans

Supporting students with focus, motivation, and emotional regulation
-
Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe school environment
-
Working collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to support pupil progress
What We’re Looking For
-
A Psychology degree or currently studying psychology (or a related subject)
-
A genuine interest in child development, mental health, or education
-
Excellent communication and empathy skills
-
A reliable, patient, and adaptable approach
-
Experience working with children (advantageous but not essential – full training provided!)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
