This Catholic School in Dagenham are seeking to appoint an Assistant Head teacher, who has the enthusiasm, dedication and a proven track record of delivering high quality education and care for pupils. They need an outstanding practitioner who is looking for a proactive leadership role within a successful community school. You will work alongside the school Headteacher and highly successful leadership team, to drive further improvement throughout the school on our journey to progress from GOOD to OUTSTANDING.

Requirements for Assistant Head Teacher Position

• Promote the schools aims and vision.
• Have consistently high expectations.
• Have experience as a leading practitioner or have experience in a practitioner role.
• Experience as a Head Teacher, Deputy Head or Assistant Head would be ideal.
• Be an outstanding, inclusive teacher who keeps the schools students at the heart of all that is done in school.
• Assist in raising the quality of teaching and learning across the school be able to plan strategically.
• Be committed to working together in partnership with all those involved in the life of the school.
• Be committed to keeping all children safe in school.
