Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Apprenticeship Route)

Location: Wakefield

Salary: Apprenticeship

Job Type: Full-Time (17 months)

We are currently working with a school in Leeds that are looking for an enthusiastic person to complete their TA apprenticeship scheme. This will be a fixed term contract where you will be required to work 37 hours across 5 days. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to offer general classroom or 1:1 support, working across the school and helping children undertake intervention programmes. Having experience of working with children with additional needs will be an advantage but is not a necessity. This apprenticeship will allow you to gain a level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification in either a classroom setting or SEN pathway.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
