Administrator – Stretford (M16)
Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description: A secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Stretford (M16) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, long-term administrative role based in the school's office, and it offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks in a school office setting.
- Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors and answering phone calls.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining school records.
- Handle correspondence and communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Support the administrative needs of the school as directed by senior staff.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Salary: The successful candidate will earn a competitive daily rate of £84+, depending on hours worked and experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must register with Teaching Personnel, the school's preferred recruitment agency.
- An Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check on the Update Service is required, or candidates must be willing to apply for one as part of the application process.
