Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Manchester based Primary school in the Sale, M33 region. The school are looking for someone that can offer 1:1Teaching Assistant support for a lower achieving child who is struggling to make the grade in the run up to the exams.
The role would involve working with the child closely out of the classroom in order to help offer the child a better chance of achieving their grades by offering a more personal 1:1 teaching experience. The role would involve teaching mainly writing as this is the main area of struggle for the child but may also require some additional help in Maths should levels dip in that area also.
The child is non aggressive and none threatening the child suffers from ADHD and finds it hard to concentrate in a classroom environment which is why the school is looking to offer more 1:1 support for the child.
The school has been rated "good" in the last OFSTED report and is looking to continue this rating and push on to be an "outstanding" school. previous experience with 1:1 support for SATs is desired but not entirely necessary as the school encourages everyone to apply if they think they are a match for the role.
