Secondary Academic Mentor
If you enjoy helping pupils feel more confident with their schoolwork, this Academic Mentor role in Leeds gives you the chance to guide small groups and individuals through important learning milestones.
What your role focuses on as a Secondary Academic Mentor
You’ll support pupils in English, maths or other core subjects, guiding them through tricky concepts, exam preparation and study habits. It’s a great role if you enjoy seeing students’ confidence grow over time.
Responsibilities as a Secondary Academic Mentor
- Delivering short academic interventions
- Helping pupils prepare for assessments
- Supporting learning in class alongside teachers

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
