Teaching Personnel are looking for an A-Level Business and Economics Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location: East Midlands Contract: Fixed-Term (Maternity Cover) Start Date: As soon as possible
A high-performing sixth form college in the East Midlands is seeking a passionate and committed A-Level Business and Economics Teacher to join its thriving Social Sciences department on a maternity cover basis.
About the Role:
This fixed-term position offers the opportunity to teach well-motivated, ambitious students in a supportive and academically focused environment. You will deliver high-quality lessons in both Business and Economics at A-Level, helping students to achieve excellent outcomes and prepare for their next steps in education or employment.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status

Experience teaching A-Level content (or readiness to do so with support)

Experience teaching Business and/or Economics
-
High expectations for all students, regardless of background

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
