Teaching Assistant Specification

This position would suit a dependable graduate who has experience working with Primary aged children and achieved a 1st class degree in their chosen discipline. You should have the capability to build relationships quickly and delve in to your subject knowledge. The right Teaching Assistant applicant will have the traits that turn them into a role model for pupils and a relentlessly enthusiastic attitude. You will be able to show your empathetic persona when supporting learning and keep positive as you are put in charge of more important activities.


About the Teaching Assistant Role

In this exciting Teaching Assistant position you will be working within a specific class based on school need and your own preferences. The school have an incredibly charismatic Head Teacher who has installed a great working structure. The school are excited to be able to offer an improved resource budget and the opportunity to teach in a very modern, dynamic environment. In this post you will be working with pupils on a 1:1 basis and developing your skills alongside a supportive Class Teacher. You will be tasked with helping to create interesting and informative lesson plans on a diverse range of topics and you will be supported by the Head Teacher every step of the way.
