Empower Young People Through Personalised Learning – SEN Tutor (Bournemouth)

TP Tutors is currently looking for dedicated SEN Tutors in Bournemouth to provide individualised, one-to-one support for students who benefit from alternative learning approaches.

Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Bournemouth and surrounding areas
Hours: Flexible (part-time and full-time available)

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver tailored one-to-one lessons that engage and inspire
  • Support students with diverse needs such as autism, ADHD, and SEMH
  • Encourage personal growth, confidence, and independent learning
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet each learner’s unique needs
  • Deliver sessions in home settings or community spaces

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with children or young people in any capacity
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A calm, adaptable, and empathetic approach
  • Ability to travel across Bournemouth and nearby areas
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
