1:1 Teaching Assistant - New Forest

This 1:1 Teaching Assistant role in New Forest is your chance to have a positive impact on the success of primary aged pupils.

For this 1:1 Teaching Assistant post you should be a self-assured graduate who has earned a second-class degree or better and a good understanding of how to work with children based on experience gained from a similar role. The school needs a graduate who has role model qualities and a truly compassionate nature. You will have the skills to display a clear passion to the education profession through dedication to the role. You will have the skills to interact positively with teachers and students allowing you to reach particular needs.

This 1:1 Teaching Assistant position involves helping to nurture the social and academic development of a bright Year 4 child who displays Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.

This school is a forward thinking primary found in New Forest and has received a 'Good' grade from Ofsted and is the first choice for parents within the area. This school has been recognised for supporting even the least able pupils across the school. Meeting the demands of the 21st Century, this primary school fully utilises the outdoor learning space.
