1:1 Support - Harrogate

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for support staff to work in a 1:1 setting at a school in Harrogate. The school is a Pupil Referral Unit that caters to secondary students who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues. These students might display challenging behaviours so we are looking for someone who has had experience working in a similar setting before or someone who has had Team Teach (or equivalent) training (this is not essential, just ideal). You will be supporting the student across all subjects, including some vocational.

The student that you would be supporting is 14 years old and the role is part time and long term. You will have the potential to go permanent depending on your success in the position.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
