1:1 SEN Support - LAC

1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Rochdale - September Start Date

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, who has prior experience working with LAC and children with SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will be supporting a child on a 1:1 basis during the school day, lunch times and breaks included. The position will begin on 3^rd September and is expected to carry on for the duration of the academic year.

Duties include:

• Adhering tightly to all safeguarding policies and procedures
• Small group work and intervention
• Supporting the child on a 1:1 basis

We are looking for someone who is:

• A fast and flexible thinker
• An excellent communicator
• Able to uphold the high expectations of the school
• Experienced in supporting children with SEMH needs

Please note that applicants must have a minimum of a Level 2 qualification and a minimum of 6 months' experience working with children at KS1 level. The school is based in Rochdale with parking onsite.
