We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Maths Tutor to join our team, working closely with learners to support their mathematical understanding and academic progress. Whether you're an experienced tutor or a qualified teacher looking for flexible work, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalised, one-to-one Maths tuition tailored to individual student needs

• Assess students’ strengths and areas for development, setting achievable learning goals

• Prepare engaging and effective lesson plans and learning materials

• Provide feedback to students and, where appropriate, parents/carers

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and session outcomes

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in Maths

• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient, encouraging, and able to build rapport with learners

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching/tutoring qualifications

• Experience supporting students with SEND or varying learning needs
