We are currently working with a support center in the Long Eaton area that are looking for a 1:1 behaviour mentor from October half term.
The School cater for students that are Secondary aged - the students have challenging behaviour/SEMH and autism. The students are either at the School full time and part time, depending on their indiviulal circumstances. Some students may be part time in a mainstream School and part time in the support center - other students may be full time at the center.
The ideal candidate:
- Stong behaviour management skills
- Team Teach trained (desired but not essential)
- Previous experience working with students with SEN/Challenging Behaviour
- Experience in youth work
- A nurturing but firm personality
- Available 5 days a week between 8am and 4pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
