Community engagement

Our staff regularly support their client schools at community events including school fetes, galas and prize giving presentations.

Pupil enrichment

We provide free careers advice presentations at primary and secondary schools, giving pupils an insight into possible careers, further education and training opportunities. These presentations often have workshop elements – helping students with interview skills and CV writing.

Volunteering

We offer paid volunteering days, giving staff the opportunity to make a real difference. While they can choose their own causes, we encourage activities that reflect our values and align with our core specialism of education.

Through our partnership with Bookmark Reading, staff can help children in disadvantaged communities improve their reading skills.

Supporting our people

From running marathons in aid of the MS Society to sleeping on the streets to support homeless teenagers, we support our staff in their pursuit of worthy causes.
We also have a number of team pursuits each year with Team TP recently taking part in Ultimate Warrior in support of nasen (national association for special educational needs).

Environmentally friendly

As we advance our digital services in order to maintain the best customer experience in our sector, we also continue to make great strides in becoming an environmentally friendly business.  Online invoicing, timesheets, payslips and diaries are examples of our progress.

I have worked for the company for just over 2 years, starting from a trainee and now in a management role. My journey has been great, amazing training both in house and in other branches, the whole company vision is thought out and followed through with products and services that enable us to be the market leaders for the education industry.
