Read, Write Inc. Phonics Training
Ruth Miskin is one of the UK’s leading authorities on teaching children to read. Her programmes provide high-quality innovative resources and, even more importantly, provide the training necessary for every teacher and teaching assistant to teach literacy effectively and enthusiastically. This course runs over two days and includes a focus on getting all children reading, spelling and writing by 6, catching up slow progress readers in Key Stage 2, getting reception classes reading and blending over 30 sounds in two months.
