Location: Bradford
Pay: £90 – £110 per day
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

We are looking for a school-based Youth Worker to support pupils across specialist schools in Bradford and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone with experience in youth work, mentoring, behaviour support, or community work.

Role Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs

• Build trust and positive relationships with young people

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions

• Promote engagement, positive choices, and wellbeing

• Work with the pastoral and safeguarding teams

Ideal Candidate:

✅ Experience in youth work, mentoring, or school support
✅ Confident managing behaviour and building rapport
✅ Approachable, reliable, and proactive
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
