Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting graduates who are interesting in training to become teachers to work locally across Secondary schools to build experience prior to partaking in a SCITT or PGCE. Local schools are looking for graduates to work as Teaching Assistants/Cover supervisors to build experience whilst earning before going on to train as a teacher. Candidates will need to be interested in training to teach, building experience in youth work and happy to complete our vetting procedures.

Teaching Personnel are able to offer both day to day and long term positions for roles in the local area. We believe that being able to get into schools and network is an excellent and proven way to increase your chance of success in teaching. We will get you booked into Secondary Schools and this will allow you to talk with senior leadership and relevant admin to ensure you are booked and considered for posts in the future!

• Earning while learning up to £75 a day depending on work undertaken
