Youth Student Support worker

Teaching Personnel are looking for student support workers to work in one of our specialist schools which is based Chippenham.
This role will be working one on one with a key stage 3 student who has challenging behaviour and social emotional mental health difficulties.
The role will involve you working with students who have been excluded from mainstream primary and secondary school, due to their challenging behaviour. Due to the lack of attendance from these students, they are currently studying at more of a primary level.

This successful candidate will need:

• A Child workforce DBS, on the update service - or the willingness to do one
• Confidence in working with challenging behaviour
• Enthusiasm and confidence to work in this environment
• Psychology or sports graduates would be advantageous
• A kind, calm and caring manor about you
• Taking a personal interest in the learning of the pupil you'll be mentoring

This Role

• Full Time!
• Pay Rates - £60 - £70 per day!
• UK Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle 5 days a week
• To be able to start as soon as possible
• To be to commute to Chippenham
