If this sounds like you then we may have the perfect opportunity! Teaching Personnel are currently working with a local Primary school in Ashford. The school are currently looking for a driven Early Years/Reception Teacher to cover maternity.

The school; are open minded to teachers of varying backgrounds including ECT’s.

As a Teacher you will be required to:

  • Have a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Implement positive behaviour management.
  • Work well with support staff in your classroom.
  • Plan engaging, inclusive, education-based lessons, from a sound knowledge of the national curriculum and phonics schemes.
  • Follow safeguarding procedures.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Recognised teaching qualification PGCE / QTS (or the equivalent)
  • DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
  • Adaptable, friendly and enthusiastic attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
