I am currently recruiting for outstanding Teaching assistants in the Brighton area. As the market leader, Teaching Personnel have an excellent rapport with a wide range of schools across East and West Sussex, supporting them with their long term and temporary staffing needs.
The Primary schools we work with are looking for teaching assistants with experience and excellent behaviour management strategy’s. They would like a practitioner with high standards and someone who is able to build excellent relationships with children and parents. In addition to this, we are seeking teaching assistants with an interest in intervention groups. This would involve developing specific learning requirements in a small group or 1:1 basis.
