A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Warrington (WA5) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 6 Teacher to join their supportive team after October half-term. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher who is passionate about preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school and helping every child reach their full potential.

Role Overview:

• Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge Year 6 pupils.
• Plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum with a strong focus on SATs preparation.
• Use effective assessment strategies to monitor progress and tailor teaching to pupils’ needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes.
• Promote the school’s values and contribute to wider school life and enrichment opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 6.
• A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and end-of-key-stage assessments.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A positive, reflective approach and commitment to professional development.
