Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Year 6 Teacher on behalf of a client school in Central Manchester (M13) for an immediate start. This post is to cover maternity but the successful Year 6 Teacher will be given full support in this school and the opportunity to secure a school based contract.

“We are in search of a Year 6 Teacher who can work effectively and efficiently to provide a solid learning environment to aid the progression of our year 6 class at this important time. The incoming Year 6 Teacher will be confident in their approach to teaching and will have a sound understanding of the KS2 curriculum.” - School Head teacher.

You will be joining a good school in which Ofsted reports have stated that the school “The quality of teaching is good overall. It is sometimes outstanding. All groups of pupils are ambitious to succeed and respond well to the increasingly high expectations placed upon them”. The Head teacher is seeking a dedicated, confident teacher who is able to liaise with both staff and parents well and build good relationships. The right candidate will be expected to take on the role of full class teacher in the KS2 department and integrate themselves into the school team. The successful Year 6 teacher applying for this post will be working in a talented KS2 department, teaching all aspects of the Year 6 curriculum to a class consisting of 32 pupils.
