Salary: £120- £160 dependent on qualifications and experience

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Year 6 Teacher to join our dedicated team in the WF2 area for a maternity cover position. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students during this crucial year of their primary education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons for Year 6 students.
• Prepare students for key assessments and examinations, ensuring they reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and personal growth.
• Effectively manage classroom behavior and provide guidance and support to students as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure students' academic and social development.
• Contribute to the school's ethos and uphold its values and standards.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
• Previous experience teaching Year 6 or upper Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Year 6 curriculum and SATs preparation.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best.
