Year 5 Teacher – Warrington (WA5)

Start Date: After October half-term
Contract: Full-Time, Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: Pay-to-scale, dependent on experience

A welcoming and high-achieving primary school in the Warrington (WA5) area is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 5 Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire upper Key Stage 2 pupils and prepare them for the transition into Year 6 with confidence.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS and recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5.
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
  • A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective strategies to support progress and attainment.
  • The ability to create engaging lessons that challenge and motivate all learners.
  • Excellent classroom management and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment.
  • A proactive professional who works collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
