Year 4 Teacher – Full Time (Summer Term)
Location: CB2, Cambridge
Start Date: Summer Term 2026
Contract: Full Time (Temporary – Potential for Extension)

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced primary school in the CB2 area of Cambridge to recruit a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for the Summer term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community with engaged pupils and a strong leadership team. The school prides itself on high standards, creative teaching, and a nurturing learning environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for full classroom teaching duties in a Year 4 class, including:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum

  • Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress

  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

  • Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

  • Proven experience teaching in a UK primary school

  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum

  • Excellent classroom management skills

  • A commitment to raising attainment and supporting all learners

  • A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
