Year 4 Class Teacher - Catholic school - Full time - Hounslow - Easter 2020 start

As part of the Hounslow Education Partnership Teaching Personnel get access to a wider range of opportunities across the whole borough - from Heston and Hounslow to Chiswick and Feltham. We are currently recruiting for a full time class teacher to work within a school based in Hounslow. 

The role:

This full time year 4 role will involve leading all classroom activities, including planning and preparing all activities alongside the guidance of the year lead and SLT. You will be working as part of the KS2 department, this close knit team work closely together to provide continuity across all classes. You will be required to conduct regular meetings with staff and parents/carers to provide updates for the class and specific students.

 

The school:

We are currently recruiting for a full time year 4 teacher to work within a small two form entry school in Hounslow. This is a Catholic Faith school that adheres to both Ofsted and the Diocesan guidelines and inspections, in their most recent checks they have received good and outstanding comments for their roles. With the huge progression they have seen in the school it has demonstrated their commitment to creating a positive learning environment for students and place to develop as a member of staff. With high levels of EAL students they have a diverse range of backgrounds, language and cultures - teaching everyone the importance of understanding diversity and being interested in learning more about others. 

It is an extremely positive working and learning environment, providing staff with the opportunity to develop in their career. 

Ideal candidate: 

- Experienced working within KS2 classes

- Confident with behaviour management 

- Positive approach to learning, including working with students with special educational needs 

 

The school is located close to to Osterley station, connected by multiple train and bus services.
