Job Title: Full-Time Year 4 Teacher (Temporary, with Possibility of Permanent Position)

Location: Launceston Area

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Temporary, with potential for permanent position

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Committed to providing an exceptional learning environment, Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent position. This is to work within one of our vibrant and welcoming primary schools, located in the beautiful Launceston area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons to Year 4 students, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Plan and execute a well-structured curriculum, meeting the needs of all students and ensuring their academic progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and dynamic teaching team.
  • Establish effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and events.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Proven experience teaching Key Stage 2, with a focus on Year 4.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning atmosphere.
  • A valid DBS on the Update Service, or a willingness to complete a new DBS check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the school community.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
