Your Role

As a Year 4 Class Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that capture pupils’ imagination and stretch their thinking.

• Monitor and assess progress to ensure every child achieves their best.

• Create an inclusive, inspiring classroom environment that promotes respect and enthusiasm for learning.

• Work in partnership with colleagues, support staff, and families to provide the best possible education and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a teacher who brings energy, empathy, and excellence to everything they do. You will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching within KS2 (ideally Year 4)

• Strong classroom management and organisation skills

• A passion for helping children learn, grow, and succeed
