Location: Bedford Primary School
Contract Type: Full-Time, Fixed Term (with potential to extend)
Working Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (Term Time Only)
Start Date: Monday 2nd September 2025
Salary: Competitive daily rate (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking for a new challenge in a supportive and friendly school environment? A Bedford Primary School, set in the heart of rural Bedfordshire, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join our team from Monday 2nd September 2025.

You will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Year 4 curriculum

  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively

  • Communicate well with parents, colleagues, and external agencies as needed

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • A strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum, particularly Year 4
