Year 4 Teacher – Forrest Hill – Temporary Role (September to December 2025)

Are you a dedicated and experienced teacher looking to make a difference in a supportive and inclusive school environment? A primary school in Forrest Hill is seeking a committed Year 4 teacher to join their team for the autumn term, starting in September 2025.

This is a temporary role for one term, ideal for a qualified teacher who values a nurturing, respectful and inclusive learning community. The school is rooted in strong moral values, encouraging pupils to grow academically, spiritually, and socially. As part of this role, you will be expected to plan, teach, mark, and assess pupil's progress, as well as carry out other duties appropriate to a class teacher.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have recent experience teaching in KS2, preferably in Year 4

  • Be confident in delivering a broad and balanced curriculum

  • Demonstrate high expectations for behaviour and achievement

  • Support the school’s inclusive and values-led ethos

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
