Year 4 Supply Teacher Needed– Cheam

Location: Cheam, South London
Start Date: 23rd January 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Long-Term Supply (Until End of Academic Year)

A warm and welcoming primary school in Cheam is seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team from 23rd January and remain with the class through to the end of the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher who is confident taking full responsibility for a KS2 class and providing continuity for pupils across the spring and summer terms.

About the Role

  • Full-time teaching responsibility for a Year 4 class
  • Planning, delivering and assessing in line with the KS2 curriculum
  • Working closely with year group colleagues and phase leaders
  • Establishing a positive, engaging and supportive classroom environment
  • Maintaining clear routines and strong progress throughout the remainder of the year

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in KS2 (Year 4 experience ideal but not essential)
  • Strong classroom management and adaptable teaching style
  • Ability to integrate confidently and quickly into a new school setting
