Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teacher looking to kick-start your teaching career in a supportive and vibrant primary school? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a welcoming school in Morecambe seeking a Year 4 class teacher to join their team from September 2025 to cover a maternity leave.

About the Role:

  • Position: Year 4 Class Teacher

  • Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (Maternity Cover)

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Salary: Paid to scale (M1 for ECTs)

  • Supportive Induction: Full ECT support and mentoring provided
