Role: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Kirkby, L33
Start Date: October 2025
Contract: Full Time (with the possibility of permanent placement)
Pay Rate: £120-£232.56 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Personnel is excited to partner with a welcoming primary school in Kirkby to recruit a passionate and skilled Year 3 teacher for October 2025. You will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons, supporting pupils’ academic progress across the Key Stage 2 curriculum, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to help pupils develop key skills in their first year of KS2 while working within a supportive and nurturing school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3
- A creative and engaging teaching style that inspires pupils
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- A proactive and reflective approach to teaching and learning

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
