A Catholic school in Liverpool are looking for a Teacher to come and work with a year 3 class for the rest of the academic year. The school ‘Requires Improvement’ but the senior leaders have made a measurable difference to the school since their appointment, especially with recent initiatives to boost progress in literacy and mathematics.

Pupils do not achieve as well as they could. The most able, in particular, do not make enough progress in reading, writing and mathematics. The school are just below the national average at in Numeracy and Literacy for Key stage 2 and are looking for a teacher to come in and make a real difference and help to progress the children above the national average.
