Year 3 Teacher for Catholic Primary

Working with a partner Primary School in Forest Gate, Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a Year 3 Teacher to join this lovely Catholic Primary for November. The school is particularly interested in bringing on a NQT as their low staff turnover allows them to really mould and develop their teachers. The staff are brilliantly supportive and the Head Teacher is truly proud of the whole school and all of his staff.

The School had its short Ofsted inspection in January of this year, confirming the school continues to be 'Good'. The school is passionate about educating the whole child and ensuring all children have access to more than just the basic academic subjects. Pupils appreciate the variety of experiences on offer, particularly enjoying the newly redeveloped playground space. The pupils are very polite and well behaved both on the playground and in class.

The school continues a long tradition of Catholic education which began over 110 years ago. As a Catholic School, faith is at the heart of the school with beliefs and values expressed explicitly as part of the Religious Education programme and implicitly through the life of the school.

Successful candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:

• PGCE, Degree with QTS or SCITT
• Experience of working in a Key Stage 2 Class
• Solid references from your most recent school placements
• A passion for teaching and the aspiration to have a successful career within Primary Education.
