Contract: Fixed-Term Maternity Cover (12 Months)
Pay Rate: Competitive, £120 - £160 per day (dependent on experience)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for your next opportunity?

We are seeking a passionate Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Fulwood from February 2027. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a full-time maternity cover position for approximately 12 months, teaching a well-established Year 3 class.

The successful candidate will be committed to delivering engaging lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Full-time Year 3 class teacher.
• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Plan, prepare, and assess pupil progress effectively.
• Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and positive behaviour.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and wider school staff.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills.
• Be passionate about helping children succeed academically and personally.
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
