Having been established since 1996, Teaching Personnel have amassed 20 years of experience delivering staffing, intervention and supply to thousands of schools, finding work for thousands of teachers every day. Applying for your first teaching role can be time consuming whilst completing your final placements. Teaching Personnel make this process easier by speaking with schools on your behalf in order to secure you a position. We have long established relationships with a number of schools across the Lincolnshire area and have supported many NQTs in the past to secure their first teaching role. We spend time getting to know our candidates to ensure we are finding the right placements, working with schools that are willing to support NQT Induction years. We are able to secure long term positions, which often become permanent for the right candidate.
