Newly Qualified Teacher wanted in Oldham

NQT Key Stage 1 Teacher required for September 2016 Oldham

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic classroom practitioner to join A Primary School in Oldham. Teaching Personnel requires a Key Stage 1 teacher to start in September. The role will involve planning, delivering and regular assessments to ensure all students are making progress. The role will involve preparing interventions and differentiating work specifically to student’s individual needs as well as being committed to personalised learning. The ideal candidate will be passionate about students learning. The school will fully support and mentor a NQT through induction. CPD and personal development is encouraged at the school therefore the candidate will be motivated to progress with their teaching career.

The school has recently been graded ‘GOOD’ from Ofsted. The school has a strong ethos which promotes respect, confidence and sense of belonging. Religion is celebrated and respected by staff and students. The Head Teacher wants the candidate to be calm and collective with an encouraging approach to students learning and sense of belonging. The school takes an active interest in the local community, building relationships and encouraging further learning outside the school is important to the Head Teacher and staff.

We are looking to appoint someone who has plenty of initiative, drive and motivation will be enthusiastic, be reliable, passionate and about raising student attainment and self-esteem. Knowledge of the new curriculum is essential.
