Job Opportunity: Year 2 Teacher – Wythenshawe
Location: Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester
Contract Type: Full-time
Start Date: January 2026
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated primary teacher looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Year 2 Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Wythenshawe. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development in a welcoming environment.

The Role:

As a Year 2 Teacher, you will:
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing targeted support where needed
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
• Promote high standards of behaviour and learning

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
✅ Experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 2
✅ Strong classroom management and organisational skills
