Fully Qualified Year 2 Teacher – Blackpool – September Start
Location: Blackpool
Position: Year 2 Teacher (Full-Time)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Until Summer Term (Potential for Extension)
Pay: Competitive, Dependent on Experience
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic fully qualified teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Blackpool. This is a full-time position to teach a Year 2 class from September 2025 through to the end of the summer term, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role.
About the Role:

Full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, delivering lessons, and assessing pupil progress.

You will work closely with a supportive KS1 team and leadership.

The class consists of well-behaved and eager learners with a broad range of abilities.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).

Have experience teaching KS1, preferably Year 2.

Be confident in delivering the KS1 national curriculum, including phonics and SATs preparation.

Demonstrate strong classroom management and a nurturing teaching style.

Have a passion for helping every child achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
