Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client school in Old Trafford (M16). The school are looking for a Year 1 teacher to join their staffing team immediately, on a full time basis. The role will run up until the end of the academic year initially but the chance for extension may be possible for the right person. All applicants must have recent and relevant experience teaching across KS1. The ideal candidate will be comfortable and competent delivering the Year 1 curriculum and will be familiar with the Letters and Sounds framework for phonics. The head teacher requires an enthusiastic Teacher with strong behaviour management who will be a dedicated role model for children across the school.

This "Good" primary school aims to create and maintain a safe learning environment and encourages positive praise continually in all aspects of school life. The head teacher and staff across the school encourage all children to 'be independent, resilient and respectful of self and others' whilst 'striving towards excellence in all aspects of school life.' This school has a strong community feel and is looking for a KS1 teacher who will work as a positive role model to all children through out the school!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
