Teaching Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a client school in the Whalley Range area of Manchester (M16). This post is to cover up until the end of the academic year initially with the opportunity for extension for the right person. This is a "Good" school which aims to create and maintain a safe learning environment for children and staff alike. This larger than average Manchester Primary School are looking to appoint a dedicated Year 1 teacher who is an 'OUTSTANDING' practitioner who will successfully move children on with their learning across all areas.
NQT's and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply. Recent experience teaching in KS1 is essential. Experience with Letters and Sounds framework for phonics would also be beneficial.
This is a full time Teaching opportunity which will start as soon as all the necessary checks have been completed. The school are looking to take the successful applicant on to a school based contract from September.

In return, the ideal candidate will -
- Be familiar with letters and sounds framework for phonics
- Have experience working in KS1
- Be willing to work as a positive role model for children throughout school

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
