Year 1 Teacher Job - Northampton Primary

A supportive Head teacher of a highly regarded two form entry Primary school in Northamptonshire is currently looking for a KS1 class teacher to teach a year 1 class.

The children are well behaved and eager to learn making them a pleasure to teach. The school believes in setting high expectations for each child, and by both challenging and supporting their development the school has continually exceed the national average in attainment records.

Candidate:

The successful KS1 teacher will have a motivated and friendly personality, with the ability to work well within the existing team, whilst also bringing fresh and innovative ideas. Previous experience working within KS1 is desirable and applications are welcome from experienced and newly qualified teachers.

The role:

This is a full time position to teach a class of 29 pupils. There is no SEN or pupils with an EHCP. There is also the support of a full time teaching assistant.
